What Kind of Help do You Need?
We all want to be well, happy, and productive. And many of us are dealing with similar chronic issues. But each of us has our own particular equation of genetic predispositions; history of illness, exposures, and circumstances; current habits and influences; and mindset that helps or hinders change.
Schedule a couple of appointments. I'll do the research and provide
information and resources. You decide which steps to take and
you're on your way.
I'll scout and help at any step of the way, and we'll meet as needed.
We'll get you going and then have regular appointments and check ins. I'll keep passing along information pertinent to you, plus provide the kind of reminders and encouragement you need.
We'll meet/talk on a schedule. I will pester you. You know what you need to do but we all need reminders—and together we'll keep moving forward.
